| The Janco Difference |
Janco's investment banking effort does not start at the introduction to potential investors. We take a "hands on" approach to developing a client company's business plan and financial model. Janco's role goes beyond the transaction to advisory level services. Our client companies therefore benefit from our professionals' collective business experience. This expertise and experience is applied to our client's business models. As a result, our clients become more attractive to sophisticated institutional and strategic investors.
Our "board room" level advice and analysis is offered as a tool to help management understand the implications and benefits of various financing scenarios. We apply a dynamic process to financial modeling that allows management to optimize financial structure for enhancement of shareholder value.
Janco strives to deliver a competitive process that delivers multiple alternatives to our clients. We believe through competition, investors will offer more attractive alternatives for the financing or sale of a business. |
